They've dominated the region for several months, and only now the Fusion Girls have been picked up.
All the way back in December, we had a chat with Rqt about the future of the then unsigned team. Their results at the time were the best in the region, and it was a bit of a surprise that a team could go so long with so much success without being signed. Jump forward to now, Fusion Girls are still dominating locally, and they have a chance to go even bigger:
Two big pieces of info here. First is that Fusion Girls will be playing in the Pacific Championship, against arguably stronger opponents than what they see locally, but they should more than likely come in as one of the favourites.
Secondly, and more importantly, Fusion Girls have finally been signed, and will be playing under the Blank Esports banner moving forward. Blank is rather new to the scene, but already they've made a considerable splash by picking up one of the hottest teams in the APAC region.
The Pacific Championship gets under way very soon, and it is going to be very interesting to see how the team stacks up against some of the region's best.
