The March edition of the Overwatch Alienware Monthly Melee is starting soon, and when the participating teams recently got announced, we saw two pleasant surprises…
The long running and ever so interesting tournament of Overwatch Alienware Monthly Melee is back again for March. Earlier this month it was announced that the tournament would take place on the 18th and 19th of March. Today, we were blessed with the knowledge of what teams will attend. The first notable teams on the list are no surprise, such as the star-studded team of Rogue and our most promising team for 2017 in Immortals. But what peaks the interest a little more is the two international teams invited for the March edition of the Monthly Melee: Korean RunAway and Brasilian BGH.
This sure is an interesting twist to the tournament, and it will be great to once again see the North American teams clash with international teams. The two international teams have agreed to play on North American servers for this event, but they should still be able to show some great Overwatch action. Another thing to keep an eye out for is Rogue. They have only played one tournament since mid-December, and looked incredibly strong. Needless to say, we’re in for a great tournament.
Tournament will be streamed on twitch.tv/curse on March 18th and 19th.
