There are a lot of things to keep track of in the Overwatch scene and it's become increasingly difficult to keep up with it all. Never fear as the GosuGamers Competitive Recap is here! We've compiled all the Overwatch news that's fit to print.

Released every week, the Competitive Recap compiles all the tournament and important news that's happened over the last seven days. Whether you're interested in big news, or want to stay updated on changes in teams, you can always tune in every week to see if there's anything you've missed.

Get hyped for OGN APEX Season 2 with the now-announced groups

OGN's APEX Season 2 started up this week, and is promising many weeks of high-quality play AND broadcasts. In case you missed out on the event, do check out what teams you can spectate multiple times a week.

Developer Update 1/17: The FAQ's of PTR

With PTR being such an important part of the development cycle, Jeff Kaplan saw it best to create another dev update video. In it, he talks about the purpose of the PTR.

DreamHack Austin returns, feat. BYOC Overwatch event, two new locations also added for NA

DreamHack is expanding in NA, and will be hosted in three locations total this year. Overwatch will be featured as a BYOC tournament for DH Austin at least.

Alienware Monthly Melee returns January 21st

Alienware is back with the Monthly Melee. As the first one of 2017, North America will once again be the region. Check out the article for all involved teams.

Overwatch teases Chinese New Year Event: "Year of the Rooster"

Keeping up their streak of regular seasonal events, it seems that we will soon be able to celebrate Chinese New Year in Overwatch, accompanied by a whole new bunch of collectibles such as traditional dresses for D.Va and Mei at least.

Gods joins Cloud9's Overwatch team in time for APEX S2

Cloud9 continues to tinker with their lineup, even though their most important event in a while kicked off this week. 

Nanohana swapped into LW Blue ahead of APEX Season 2

Another roster change that happened due to APEX S2 was the move of Nanohana from LW Red to LW Blue, in order to make LW Blue as good as possible.
