MLG Vegas is only weeks away, but we already know the casting talent that will be on the scene.
Competitive Overwatch will end the year of 2016 as strong as ever, with some of the biggest LANs and events of the year happening in December. Over the next couple of weeks we will have the APEX Finals, the MSI MGA LAN finals, the newly announced Winter Premiere and MLG Vegas.
MLG Vegas is a general gaming event scheduled for December 16-18th, with an Overwatch event, a COD event and a gaming festival. We are of course most interested in the Overwatch event, which will feature $100,000 in prize money! Eight of the best NA teams were invited to play, and we now know who will be casting and analyzing all their plays:
Overwatch is lucky enough to have a solid gang of talent to choose from, enabling every next event to feel fresh. For MLG Vegas, we see the return of HuK and Ster, as well as more familiar faces like DoA, MonteCristo, Mr X, Goldenboy and ZP. Joining them are Puckett, host and producer for MLG, and Flame, the pro player turned critical analyst known for his many VOD reviews on YouTube. This will be the first live event featuring Matt "Flame" Rodriguez, but we hope he will be able to bring his own insights and in-depth knowledge into the mix.
