The adventure of REUNITED player Finley “Kyb” Adisi has come to an end.. for now. He has chosen to take a step back from his professional Overwatch career.
After being part of REUNITED’s Overwatch roster since July this year, Kyb decided things were going a bit too fast. Adapting to the life of a professional player was maybe not what he expected his career to be. His decision to not participate in OGN Overwatch APEX League in Korea was the occasion to step down from the team.
Kyb’s official statement: ”I really enjoyed my time as a pro in Reunited but it all went so fast. I didn’t expect for it to go this well this fast. I need to take some time to think about it what I want to do in the future. Thanks to all my followers/supporters, I hope to stay connected with you guys”.
If you don’t know how you are going to improve your Genji, don’t worry at all. Kyb will remain part of the REUNITED family, but this time with a fulltime focus on streaming. Maybe someday in the future, young Kyb will return with the plan to regain his career as a professional Overwatch player. Perhaps even in REUNITED or in another team.
On the other hand, REUNITED has already found an immediate replacement. His identity is still unknown, but will be revealed shortly as he is competing in the upcoming Overwatch APEX League in Korea with the REUNITED jersey on.
