Yesterday, a mysterious counter related to Sombra started ticking down. And just now, it ended.
Can we just say that we love Blizzard? Not only for their amazing universes, their excellent art or just general game design, but also for their playfulness whenever there is room for it. We have seen it in the past with their new content teasers, but these last few weeks it truly reached another level.
For those unaware, Blizzard has been creating a digital scavengerhunt of sorts all surrounding the potential future Overwatch hero Sombra. Clues have been hidden in single frames of videos, or scrambled images, or other media. It looks like the trial has come to an end though.

The 21 hour countdown that accompanied yesterday's discovery reached zero just now, and this is what happened:
- The previously mentioned thread disappeared
- The Moment in Crime website (a phrase originally used with the unveil of Junkrat & Roadhog) changed to include a percentage going up:
- Several Twitter accounts changed their avatar and name, and started tweeting messages such as the following:
- Playoverwatch.us updated a while later with this message:
