Predictions

In order to help you get a better understanding of the teams participating, we have listed the favourites for today:

1. EnVyUs

There is no surprise that the first favourite is the current best team in the world. EnVy has looked strong for many weeks by now, and their insane win streak of… Wait, we've actually lost count. It’s above 48, that much we can tell you. Anyways, they are of course the biggest favorite to advance to Gamescom.

2. Cloud 9

This is no surprise either. The team that is ranked second in the world is of course a top contender, and always plays very well. In fact, in their latest 15 games they have only lost once, to EnVy. But they cannot relax, as other teams are starting to catch up.

3. TSM

Team SoloMid is ranked third in North America, and has been playing well recently. In their last 10 games, they have only lost 2, and with a win rate of 75% in July, they should be able to advance to the top 4 spots.

4. Fnatic

Fnatic’s Overwatch team has had pretty good wins recently, but has struggled against some of real top teams like EnVy and Cloud 9. Though, with an 82% (!) win rate in July they should be able to fight for the top spots as well. Fnatic has a bit tougher match up already in the first game though, when they face the seventh ranked team in NA, Sodipop.
