rastsy shows off some 'skill' jumps with Soldier 76 in Hanamura

While arena shooters are known for having abusable game physics that make the impossible possible, Overwatch has been designed with spectacular abilities to do just that. But it seems that more experienced players will always look for (and find) an edge anywhere they can get it.?

Rocket jumping is arguably the most well-known trick in a player's arsenal. Games like TF2 and Quake have tons of videos filled with amazing rocket jumps. In Overwatch we do have Junkrat who can make good use of his mines to jump, and Pharah shoots rockets 24/7 but has less of a need for fancy smart jumps because of obvious reasons. Soldier 76 is another character with access to rockets, and thus access to rocket jumps. But we, as well as rastsy, are unsure if they are intentional game design or gameplay abuse:

As seen in the video, there is a number of interesting rocket/smart jump opportunities in Hanamura. While /u/rastsy has decided to focus only on Hanamura in this video, we can imagine that every map in the game has at least several jumps like these. Do you think these jumps have a place in the game, raising the skill ceiling, or are they abuse of the game engine meaning Blizzard should fix them?
