Gamefy marched straight into Invictus Gaming headquarters to conduct an interview with the members of iG about the upcoming G-League Grand Final. Interview is in Chinese with English captions below.
Chuan-God, when did you return from Malaysia?
Chuan: We met back together on the 28th of February.
I see, so you've only been back for two days. I'd like to know about what you guys did over the New Year Break.
Chuan: All of us did our own activities
YYF: Most of the time during the break was spent with family and friends, occasionally going out, and going online
Zhou: I played some games with my fans, but spent most of my time with family
430: I looked for delicious foods on the internet and seek them out, since I don't go back to Wuhan frequently. I'd go to a few of my favorite places for lunch and not be back until after dinner. I followed my tastebuds wherever they led me.
According to recent sources, Na'Vi will be following LGD.int's footsteps and coming to China to train for TI3. How do you feel about this?
Zhou: I feel that its due to both the fact that Chinese DotA stands at the apex in terms of skill and that Chinese Esports has greatly matured. They want to come to China to both better themselves as well as to prepare for TI3
You've learned a lot about LGD.int during scrims. Have you come to new understandings and strategies against them?
Zhou: In terms of preparation, we can only look at games before the break, strategies and tactics have progressed and evolved in the last 2 months. So instead of preparing for something we'd rather create and perfect new lineups and strategies for the upcoming competition.
Ok, the final question is how confident do you feel about the upcoming finals?
YYF: We felt really confident before the break, but so much time has passed and it's been a long time since we've trained; maybe 50-50?
