SK Gaming disbands its SC2 roster

As of yesterday, the European StarCraft 2 division of one of the oldest European teams SK Gaming is no more. However, managing director Alex Müller promises a new beginning that will come within a fortnight.

With the disbanding of the SC2 roster, the SK players Jimpo, Inuh and Joe now remain clanless. The players have been having moderate success in smaller European tournaments but according to team manager reis "it is time for both, SK and the players to move forward."

SK's manager director Alex Müller keeps the fire of hope burning as he says that some news concerning the SC2 department of SK will come soon.

Alex Müller Wrote:
It is our own standard to claim international titles. Therefore we are thrilled to let the community know that the end of the European division is just the beginning of a new era for us. Within the next 14 days we will present new talent in our SC2 department and I am quite sure the community will quite like it. We have a tradition of working with players outside of the Europe in RTS titles, as you know.
