Unicorns of Love acquire Move, Exileh, and Veritas

After a large roster shift, European LCS team Unicorns of Love reforms their roster with Kang "Move" Min-su, Fabian "Exileh" Schubert, Kim "Veritas" Kyoung-min.

The Unicorns of Love still find themselves struggling to make top billing amongst their competition. Having started off promisingly in the 2016 LCS Spring Split, they fell short once again as the competition began to come to a close. Once the split ended, the team lost jungler Jean-Victor "loulex" Burgevin, mid laner Hampus "Fox" Myhre, and ADC Pierre "Steeelback" Medjaldi. While Fox has found a home with the newly formed FC Schalke 04, and Steelback with Team ROCCAT, loulex has yet to make plans for the future.

UOL’s response, as reported by ESPN, was to take a page from G2 eSports and bring in a new lineup consisting of rookie talent and Korean imports. Still carrying top laner Kiss “Vizicsacsi” Tamás and support Zdravets “Hyllisang” Galabov, their new players consist of former Gravity Gaming jungler Move, Mysterious Monkeys mid laner Exileh, and Vortex ADC Veritas. Move and Veritas both come in after a lengthy hiatus (Move in the LCS, and Veritas with then-named Challenger team Final Five). For Exileh and Veritas, this will be their first ever LCS split.

Up against the newly formed Origen and G2, this team of young talent and newcomers to both EU and the LCS surely have their work cut out for them. With only two weeks until the return of the EULCS, alongside the introduction to EU’s new best of two series format, it will be exciting to see what these players have to offer to this high caliber brand.
