According to ODEE, owner of Team Dignitas, their roster spot has not been sold.
We reported a few weeks ago that Team Dignitas had recently sold their spot in the North American Challenger Series to Apex Gaming, citing an ESPN article written by Jacob Wolf claiming that Apex purchased the slot of the storied NA franchise in order to build a farm team similar to that of Team Liquid.
We happened to miss a response article written a week later wherein Team Dignitas owner Michael "ODEE" O'Dell denied these rumors, and made clear that while there is no concrete plan for Dignitas LoL at the moment, the Challenger slot is still theirs.
