Curse take out the favorites in Dignitas with a well played double ADC strategy. Evil Geniuses upset first place CLG with methodical objective conntrol. LMQ press heavy advantage to take sole possesion of first place, and Cloud 9 get thier first win over Complex
- The first game of the day was between fourth place Dignitas and sixth place Curse. Curse get first blood in the botlane onto cop, but Dignitas take an early dragon keeping the gold even. The game is played objectively between both teams with an edge slowly going to Curse for continuously securing dragons.
Teamfights remain close and the game extends with each team trading objectives without much fighting until Curse force a baron where Dignitas could only attempt a steal, resulting in Curse securing Baron and then killing three members of Dignitas before ending the game in a low kill match.
-The second game was between last place EG and first place Counter Logic Gaming. CLG start a fight early in the bottom lane and get Doublelift firstblood, but EG's Altec turns and gets a kill as well, and turn and take the first dragon to take an early gold lead.
After getting a gold lead EG don't let up and continue to take objectives and forcing CLG into uncomfortable positions and unfavorable trades. CLG attempts a last ditch comeback effort but EG kite away from the main damage of CLG and turn at opportune moment taking 3 members of CLG and ending the game quickly afterwards.
- Game three was between third place Team Solo Mid and first place LMQ. Both teams remain at a deadlock in play until TSM forces a bad fight where the team goes in one at a time giving LMQ three kills in the midgame. TSM tried to comeback at a dragon fight ,but once again LMQ takes three members of TSM and then rush to take baron.
After LMQ took a large gold lead they choked TSM from all the resources on the map. Shortly after taking their baron LMQ starts to seige, however TSM holds them off well and LMQ plays it safe and waits for baron to respawn and secure it a second time. Afterwards LMQ uses their massive item lead to force down the top inhibitor, then shortly after LMQ starts shoving down mid when they dive and ace TSM to end the game and take sole possesion of first place.
-The final game of the day was between Cloud9 and Complexity, where although Cloud9 have been the better team Complexity have a 2-0 record against them. The game began with both solo laners of cloud 9 getting a kill onto their opposing laners. Cloud 9 pushed their advantage repeatedly and slowly press down onto complexity.
After Balls is able to solo split push an inhibitor down in the bottom lane two times Cloud9 is able to take a baron and push down 2 more inhibitors before getting an ace and securing their first win over complexity in the NA LCS.
