Despite his strong play during the Challenger Series Summer #1, H2K support player Balat “AoD” Alin has been replaced by LCS veteran Bram “wewillfailer” de Winter.
Wewillfailer comes to H2K as an experienced player, having formerly played for the Lemondogs and the Supa Hot Crew in two separate EU LCS splits. According to H2K, wewillfailer and AD carry Petter “Hjarnan” Freyschuss have a pre-existing friendship and have duo’ed a lot on the past, which should help speed the new support’s integration into the team ahead of crucial matches in the Challenger Series Summer #2 and the Challenger Series Playoffs.
The team cites issues with the “general synergy of the bot lane” as the reason for AoD’s sudden departure.
