After dropping the first game to Copenhagen Wolves, Alliance were able to take them out 2-1 and meet Fnatic in the finals while Copenhagen Wolves faces the loser of the next matchup to determine 5th place.

The winner of this series would go up to face Fnatic in the semi-finals or risk being placed in the relegation tournaments by losing the 5th place map. Game 1 started out explosively with a double jungle invade.  With a lane swap on both sides, it was a tower race with Copenhagen Wolves coming out on top.  Copenhagen Wolves were able to get the inhibitor turret while Alliance was forced to back out.

Copenhagen Wolves went on to take two dragons for free. Copenhagen Wolves stayed ahead in gold early but Alliance nearly even the odds.  With Youngbuck being a spllit push terror in the bottom lane on Jax, he was able to single-handedly take the bare inhibitor down twice.  Alliance's Twitch and Ziggs made it difficult for Copenhagen Wolves to siege, but they eventually took the first victory.

Game 2 slowed down a bit and once again would see Wickd's trademarked Irelia banned, a champion he wiill likely not see in competitive play for a long time.  This time around, Copenhagen Wolves found a one-sided blue steal.  Copenhagen Wolves remained ahead early on in the game, but Alliance had a very scary late game composition with Karthus and Ryze as the solo laners.

Eventually, Alliance stalled long enough to utilize their godly late game and push for a game 3.

Game 3 was very similar to Game 2 in that it was very farm heavy.  Copenhagen Wolves managed to find a very easy first blood with Wickd's Ryze caught out of position.  Wickd made up for his early detriment by helping Froggen dive Cowtard early and even up the odds.  Once again, Alliance's team composition had absurd late game power with Ryze and Karthus.

Copenhagen Wolves was ahead but not ahead enough to offset the lategame terror that was about to commence.  With Alliance having solid dragon control, it was enough to stall out the early game.  Alliance slowly started to pull ahead and then eventually got their key items, allowing them to eliminate Copenhagen Wolves from the quarterfinals and meet Fnatic in the semifinals.
