OGN English caster joins Counter Logic Gaming, taking up the coaching position.
Confirming rumors that were spread throughout various social media sites, Christopher "Montecristo" Mykles, commentator for the English stream of the HOT6ix Champions Summer in Korea, is now the coach for the North American LCS squad. Together with Erik "DoA" Lonnqnuist, they are well-versed in the Asian scene, particularly in Korea, where it is considered by many to be the strongest region right now.
His statement regarding this announcement:
"I'm thrilled to join CLG and hope to assist the team in refining their strategies, communication, and teamwork" said MonteCristo. "Counter Logic Gaming displays a commitment to practicing and competing at the highest level, while simultaneously recognizing and working to improve flaws in their play.
