Though putting up a fight initially after a poor loss in game 1, North America was not able to secure a massive lead in the second game and ended up losing 2-0 to the Chinese powerhouses.
Game one kicked off with excitement straight away as we saw China take the route of aggressive diving onto Xpecial and Doublelift. Xpecial showed he's been practicing it moves when several clutch plays would keep NA in the game where otherwise it would have been long gone. Xpecial's Janna disengage saved the team in several situations, including a dive turned complete 180, grabbing a first blood for NA.
As the game went on, North America would meet their unfortunate demise as the game went on, meeting themselves at a massive deficit at every turn. Though typically known for his poor smites, Saintvicious would save the game with a smite steal baron, turning around the game with a solid teamfight to follow.

Unfortunately, the small advantage that NA got here would not be enough as they were already defending a downed inhibitor. Chaos would enuse in North America's scramble to crawl back into the series. After awhile, China managed to grab a baron themselves, but a vital error on diving China with baron would prove to be the demise of NA. Furthermore, Saintvicious went back at an awful spot, leaving both him and Dyrus who was protecting him to be caught, losing them game 1.
Game 2 would be a lot closer for the Americans, putting Chinese in a massive fallback. Early on, North America would look to be the ones with the crazy tower diving action. At the very start of the game, Saintvicious found a massive advantage and proceeded to utilize his knowledge of the opposing jungle to secure a safe dive top. Though they did acquire first blood, it wasn't without an unecessary death.

It didn't take long for North America to seek vengeance and come back in game 2 with a demanding lead, even coming out further ahead than China did in Game 1. By playing as a superb distraction, Doublelift was able to pull many kills in his favor and reap a lot of gold rewards for SaintVicious, who had over 7 kills within the game. Dyrus focused on his split push bottom to control the map.
Regretably in standard Curse fashion, the game would be thrown at baron where Saintivcious missmited, Doublelift on Urgot didn't utilize his ultimate to cancel out smite, and all of them lined up several times for XiaoXiao's incredible Sona ultimates. Slowly crawling their way back up, China found themselves coming out on top 2-0.
