Subaru CS: GO Invitational details revealed

 

The organizers have revealed additional details for the $20.000 online event.

The Subaru CS:GO Invitational is set to start on May 13th and will last for two days. Eight North American teams will be competing for their share of a $20,000 prize pool in a best-of-three single-elimination bracket. All matches will be played online.

The $20,000 prize pool will be distributed among the teams as follows:

1st place - $10,000
2nd place - $5,000
3rd & 4th places - $2,500

The tournament will be broadcasted on Subaru's Twitch channel with Dustin "dusT" Mouret, Vince "Metuz" Hill and Keith "Seaside" Lafortune fullfilling commentating roles. Charles "chaz" St. Clair will be the in-game observer for Subaru Invitational, completing the talent line-up for the event.

In regards to teams the Subaru Invitational will see some of the finest teams to grace the North and South American regions. Clear favourites for the tournaments, however, are undoubtedly SK Gaming.

United States NRG

Brazil Luminosity


The schedule for the tournament is also revealed. According to the schedule, all quarter-final matchups are set to be played on May 13th. Both semi-final matches and the grand final are scheduled for May 14th.

18:00 - United States OpTic Gaming vs. United States Counter Logic Gaming
20:30 - United States Team Liquid vs. Brazil Immortals

Sunday, May 14th - Play-offs
