Following their two victories at North American pre-qualifier, Mythic is the first qualified North American team for DreamHack Stockholm.

The North American pre-qualifier was planned to begin on September 12th. However, only the half of bracket was played yesterday, while the second part will be on schedule tomorrow. The North American pre-qualifier is awarding two slots for DreamHack Stockholm, a tournament which is acting as offline qualifier for the next major DreamHack Cluj-Napoca.
Mythic started their run against Method, in an back and forth match, which saw both teams performing semi-good. However, eventually Mythic has managed to come out on the top of it by scoring a 2-1 victory. The next opponent in the final match was ex Tempo Storm squad, also before known as Sponsorless, but now called Team Conquest. ShahZam and co. failed in the finisher of the first map and Mythic took a 1-0 lead. However, Conquest stricked back with a very clean win for 1-1. But, Mythic once again repeated the same scenario as in their match against Method, and they made it to 2-1.
The second part of the bracket will continue tomorrow with the first round match between Team Liquid and h00liGaNz, whose winner will then take on compLexity Gaming for the second North American spot at DreamHack Stockholm.
