The SCCL active team Team.iD has decided to shut down their entire team. This due to taking heavy player losses, and as GioM, leader says: good things must come to an end". Team.iD is one of the oldest teams in the StarCraft scene, and has won a lot. In SCCL, Team.iD will be replaced by the French team MicroGamerZ.
[s]event_62[/s]Team.iD, one of the oldest and still active teams in the StarCraft scene, has decided to retire from the scene totally. The news hit the SCCL site, where it says that they retire from the SCCL, and cease to exist as a team. Their long time leader,
iD.GioM, made an announcement on the site, explaining the reasons and wished all the other clans in SCCL good luck. "The team has been taking heavy losses for a while now, with people like Twisted, Midian, Anon, Avernum, ret, Squall and now Cocoa leaving to other teams. I can’t blame them, they are all close friends, but it still has done no good to the team." he says in the announcement.A sign of good will:
Good luck to all other teams, especially the ones who have been around for a long time: iG, ToT, oG or LG. Despite us being rivals, we have been through a lot "together" and faced each other several times.

Double WGTCL winners
For the last couple of years, Team.iD has been one of the top teams in the world and have proved it from time to time. They are double WGTour Clanleague winners (Season 4 and 7), and have always had members consisting of the top players, especially in Europe. Now, the end has come, and we will most likely see the players left going other ways in the clan scene which hopefully will lead to positive things.
MgZ takes their spot
As one of the teams who had one foot inside the SCCL before it started -
MicroGamerZ, will take Team.iD's spot in the league. MicroGamerZ played a qualification match against 
Infernal Gamers, a match they lost and meant they did not qualify for the SCCL. They will keep Team.iD's matches, and will in their first SCCL playday face 
Trademark Gamers, the very same team many of the Team.iD members left for. The match will be played this Sunday at 20:00 CET. More information about GousBet and such will be announced as soon as possible.
Hi GioM! We just heard that the very successful clan International Division - iD. - will stop to exist. How come?
Well, the team hasnt been doing great for a while now, with players leaving to other known teams. Therefor it was pretty hard to keep up the motivation of the team, and we performed rather poorly in SCCL so far.
As you are in the SCCL administratng team as wll, how will the loss of iD be handeled?
Well, the iD team will simply get replaced by MgZ, the that was considered in the beginning but lost to iG in a very close CW. I am sure they will do great in the SCCL.
Okay, how about the points? Will MgZ simply take over everything as it is?
Yes they will continue the season with iD's old record, which is 1-2 atm, so theyr first match will be against TmG.
You have worked very long with the team. Have you thought about this decision for long?
Yeah, I've been iD for about 5 years now so yes its not an easy decision to make. But considering the current situation of the team it is the best option. I've been thinking about it for about 2 weeks or so, I really thought it over and couldnt find any other solution for us. Anyhow iD has been a great experience thats for sure, but well life goes on.
What will happen with the players?
Cocoa joined TmG, and the others I dont know, they are all free to do whatever they want there is nothing I can say about it, you would have to ask them personnally. ;]
