WGT bans LeX[pG]-Gorky[pG] *

Confession:
Yeah I was on Gorky account that game, I helped him in some PvZ games since he sux vs Zerg and he asked me what he was making (it's critical to know muta or hydra etc). Being the gullible greedy guy that I am, I accepted to tell him everything. Beats me why, WGT ladder games don't matter so much... But then again, I would never do it in a CW / NW and of course I wouldn't even let him play for me in that because it is illegal. This isn't.

Why have I shared my account with him? It all started when I was obsing one of his WGT games. He said it's hard to find a game and just out of nowhere I faced the question: "Can I play on your account?"... So I thought about it for awhile, the next day I see him in WGT channel for 10-15 minutes spamming just to get a game at B4 level. Then he plays some C0 and losses like 200 pts. Then he asks me again and I accept, give him WGT / Bnet passwords and go on his account since he gave the same to me. So from that moment onward he played a few games every day although the account was 80-90% of the time used by myself.

So no doubt, the 1v1 games were all played by Gorky, I obsed most PvZs and gave him some infos that could've affected the outcome, although I don't think a player capable of A really needs to know what a C0- player is doing. He never faced a zerg above C0.

However, I played all the 2v2 games, most with Gentleman, 2 with Stym and 1 with Gorky. As you can see, I switched from Z to P a long time ago, if any of you saw my games before (like the 70 2v2s last season) you'd see I'm P as well. I do however play ZvZ still because I also suck PvZ, but my P skill isn't as good as Gorky's to stand up to just about any Zerg, and ZvZ is very fun.

So with this I wanted to say I'm really sorry for doing this. The account sharing is something I didn't hide and I wasn't ashamed of it because it didn't hurt anyone. What I am ashamed of is this kind of cheating, whereas I'm the kind of guy that would hate his best BW friend if he cheats. I've always hated hackers and freewinners, I wouldn't touch a hack if someone payed me, and I freewinned last time 2 years ago (right after I came to WGT after half a year of fast / hunters) because of the same greed. For me at the time, C4 was a goal. Now I'd legitly reach C1 or so, but still Gorky's ability to get like 40-0 was something to admire, so I said why not. I'd like to apologize to everyone who trusted in me, because I really am a legit player as far as playing what I do play goes. Was it me playing those game, I surely wouldn't have asked for help. But I was blinded by the possibility to once compete in the top16 tournament, to see my name where it doesn't objectively belong, and do what I objectively can't. I'm Gorky's fan and when your idol comes asking to play for you you don't really turn him down. I guess I have his fear of Zerg, unneccessary at least on that level, to blame for the actual crime. Because hadn't he asked me, I wouldn't have cheated. But I won't deny being absolutely guilty, it was my own greed that led to the cooperation.

I'm asking for a chance to return to WGT and be unbanned from the ladder. I'm not proud of what I did, but I've learned my lesson. Although it seems, I've known it all the time until I got a chance to be something I'm not. But rest assured, although the account-sharing may repeat in the future unless proclaimed forbidden, I won't share any more information while obsing or cheat in any other way. Thx.

Lex is banned from pG, I'm sorry for all the hard practicing players that have been cheated by gorky and lex. At this time we dont know what we will do with gorky that will be discussed seperately. I apologize to everyone for this act of unfairness and hope that those who have so far favoured pG will do so too in the future.
