Firstly write down all your requirements that you need from the venue. If you are using it to get married then you will need to accommodate a large amount of guests. You could cut this down and have your family at the ceremony and then friends and distant relatives along with the guests from the ceremony for the reception. Trying to fit 200-300 people seated in a room all facing the same way is quite difficult whereas getting them all on a dance floor is much easier. When you have worked out the numbers, decide what you are going to do for your reception. Will it be a sit down meal or will it be drinks and canapés? Will it be indoors or will it be outdoors? All of these things will help you to fit your guests in and will make your search for a venue wider. Lastly think about your guests. Do any of them need wheelchair access? Will there be a lot of prams about? Will you have to make a space for the children's corner? weddingdressesbrandDavid Tutera Eva Short |
