So, is there anyway an int. player (especially USA players) can access to Garena's HoN?

I've already known there's a deal between s2 and Garena and stuff. But what if I have friends in the SEA region that I want to play with? And int. HoN became free just recently, so It's not really "cheating" or something like that right?
