WDC Participants List out

After seemingly endless qualifiers, followed by invitations, cancellations and confirmations, the list of participants has finally been completed. As the committee announced earlier, the newly formed Deity alongside Russia's The Retry will fill the gap LOST.eu and the New World Order left.

It's an all Russian affair when it comes to the TR players, as both their Ukrainian carry Oleg 'Amsi' Rolya and their most recent german addition Dominik 'hex0r' Buhmann will stay at home. For TR, 'pgg' and 'Smile' (ARS-ART) will be the only two fighters that remain from the original roster. Joining them will be former RoX.KIS member 'Beast,' alongside 'Vein' (from earlier TR-times) and, last but not least, Ivan 'Vigoss' Shinkarev, whose activity in LOST.eu had regressed over the last couple of weeks.

Deity's engagement seemed to be a last minute call, but well deserved, as the three major players longdd, zippo and 430 recently managed to take their previous team (Nv.FrdCH) to third place at the Road of Kings tournament in Wuhan, the city which will host the World DotA Championship as well.


Overshadowing the event will be the absence of Starsboba and xTu.PRD after qualifying successfully in the Asian tournaments. Fighting in their places will be DK from China and Roccat.Trust from Thailand; the qualified Malaysian teams Nirvana.my and AEON.MuFc will both be able to attend.
