The Qualifier will be held in Single Elimination, best-of-three format. Means once you lose you are out, but you play your opponent at least twice. You have time until Thursday 23:59 CET to check the brackets of your Qualifier posted below and submit mistakes to us. Teams who entered two qualifiers were removed from one.
Also we set up Admins for each Qualifier, so please do not sent all your Question to me, but check who is responsible for your Qualifier and contact him.
It is best to use IRC to contact an admin, they will all be present there. For those who do not know IRC, or need to know the channel, check out the following box:
IRC is mandatory so that our admins can contact your team quickly if need be, so make sure to get IRC working before matches begins.

Regarding the extra Rounds: Since there will be 20 teams qualified but the tournament system only clears out the best 16 or best 32 all losers of Round 3 have to face two other opponents to win.
All winners of Round 3 are directly qualified, the losers of that round will face the loser of the bracket directly above him, and have to repeat that again.
To make sure we're clear, the brackets of this Qualifier will be handled differently: All Round 3 Losers will be "marked" as a winner in this tournament spree and have to play 2 additional rounds (until best 4 are reached).

Make sure you include the Qualifier Forum Thread (the one having [SignUp] in its name) with the page and post# you are entered. It makes it a lot easier to find your team and change its details.
