I am not planning to attend universities under Msia gov. like uitm, uum or anything. (Im msian) so where would you recommend I should apply. I would like to study about cooking, culinary etc. anything about English language in private uni/college. Well, Im willing to learn more about English but my teacher in high sch like mehh..

And about private unis/colleges which links to overseas.. Could you list me some of them?

I would like to study in new environment you know what i mean, Malaysia mostly not speaking between them. Mostly Malay and Im Malay. :<
