The devs are terrible because it took "pro" players in HoN to show them that Scout was busted and it'll probably take them nothing short of forever to actually properly balance him. Then there's Deadwood, Forsaken, and Pandamonium all of who have way too much in one package. The reason I'm so sure they suck at their own game is that they had some in office tournament where a dev actually maxed Slardar's bash over sprint and the other devs in these games built their heroes just as badly.
