4chan user Axolotl has a nearly 100% prediction rate for upcoming additions to the Nexus, and here’s what’s featured in his most recent post.
In a Reddit post, SSJ5Gogotenks outlines what seem to be a ridiculous line of events leading towards a 4chan user having accurately predicted every hero (and most skin additions) since November 2015.
While the post goes into some detail, the main credentials of Axolotl are his accurate predictions of every hero and their abilities before coming out, especially mentioning Chromie in November, over half a year before the actual hero release date.
His most recent post (May 2016) goes as follows:
”Hey, new stuff on the way:
Gul'dan - probably around the movie release. His main trait is sacrificing life to do extra damage, then stealing life
Samuro - blademaster with stealth
Auriel - D3 angel with a resurrect ally ability
Varian - typical WoW warrior build with charge, taunt and a cleanse
skins: Volleyball Li-Ming, Mystic Kingdom Arthas, Mechalord Gazlowe
maps: 2 SC2 ones, Braxis Holdout (take objectives to send zerg swarm) and Warhead Junction (collect nuclear power items to send nukes)
mounts: Red Hare, Gyrocopter”
If this is accurate (which it very well might be) Blizzard is in the process of implementing some much-requested features.
Gul’dan has been in the works for a long time, most recently mentioned again at Blizzcon 2015, so it makes sense we’ll see him next after the movie release. Blademaster and Varian have both been characters that fans have wanted to see implemented.
Auriel looks like a new Diablo Support which would begin to satisfy the call for more Support diversity.
Additionally, fans have called for more maps (SC2 maps specifically) for a while, most recently mentioned in this tweet:
Considering the release speed of Heroes so far, this should lay out what’s in store for us for a few months to come.
