North American broadcasting group Turner Broadcasting is teaming up with WME/IMG to form a televised CS:GO league.
Turner Broadcasting, based out of Atlanta, Georgia, has teamed up with WME/IMG and Valve to form a televised eSports league starting in 2016. Details of the league and participating teams are scarce at the moment, including schedule, teams participating, and prize pool, but the league will be comprised of two 10-week long seasons during the year with games streamed online starting on Tuesday during the week culminating in a live Friday evening broadcast that will be televised on Turner Broadcasting Station (TBS).
One team that has come out and said they will be participating in the league is the North American organisation Renegades, who former Australian side Vox Eminor play under.
