All eyes are on tonight as the semi-finals of the last North American Open Division Cup of this phase take place. While the top eight teams are practically set for the playoffs, all teams are fighting not only for prize money, but for the best seeding possible for the Open Division Playoffs in two weeks.
Tonight in North America, HeroesHearth will play against TNC. TNC has played in Open Division since the bonus cup, making it to quarterfinals in that cup along with the fourth and the fifth, and advancing to the semi-finals in the sixth cup. In all three TNC lost to Hold it Down (HeroesHearth). With their run in the previous cup, TNC sits at fifth place in the standings, all but guaranteeing their spot in the playoffs, while HeroesHearth will more than likely enter the playoffs in the first place position.
On the other side of the bracket, Donkeys R Us will face against Imported Support. Two of the most impressive teams in the HGC Open Division as they both sit at second and third place in the standings.
