All eyes are on tonight as the semi-finals of the last European Open Division Cup of this phase take place. While the top eight teams are practically set for the playoffs, all teams are fighting not only for prize money, but for the best seeding possible for the Open Division Playoffs in two weeks.
Tonight Team Leftovers will play Schiesseisen in the first semi final. Last phase Team Leftovers made it all the way to the semi finals in the playoffs, just inches away from making it to the Crucible and this phase they're hungry for more. Schiesseisen sits at fourth place and has definitely earned that spot with some very impressive games this phase.
On the other side of the bracket, Bushido e-Sports play against Always Lucky. Bushido has been on top this phase right up against Team Leftovers. While Always Lucky might not be a familiar name, they've come out swinging, advancing to the finals of the fifth cup by beating out Bushido e-Sports, and advancing to this semi-final by taking out team Run it Down. With the performance in this cup they're guaranteeed at least top eight for the playoffs and if they keep up they could potentially take out one of the powerhouse favorites of the European Open Division.
