In a highly contested best of 5, both teams went blow for blow all the way to Game 5 with Murloc Geniuses defeating Gale Force Esports and qualifying for Blizzcon 2016.
We saw Murloc Geniuses make a crazy Lili pick with their tournament lives on the line and we saw #JustKroenThings with his insane Tracer and Li Ming play make an argument for him being best Assassin in NA. But in the end it was the underdog Murloc Geniuses hoisting the trophy and reshaping the NA scene.
The team has 3 months to prepare before facing reigning world champions, Tempo Storm from Korea and the rest of the world's elite at Blizzcon 2016 in November.
