Some familiar names came together to dethrone the Dragon Ninjas in the ANZHeroes King of the Hill series.
The King of the Hill series is well underway with the week 1 champions defending their throne against 3 new challengers yesterday. After being crowned last week the Dragon Ninjas looked shaky in game 1 against Team Baxter but managed to return from a 3 level deficit to rush the core after a decisive team fight win.
The King was set to meet his match in game 2 though as 4 members from Negative Synergy came together with veteran player Arcaner to form “The Boys” and knock Dragon Ninjas off in a 13-minute match. The Boys finished the night as king after also taking down Gaming Gladiators in game 3, improving their time to crush the core in the 12th minute and lock in the crown for the week.
The new Kings will head into the 3rd and final week of the series set to defend their title against 3 more challengers live next Thursday at 8PM AEST on ANZHeroestv.
