Former Tempo Storm player, Srey joins Brain Power for the final North American Summer Regional.
Brain Power (formerly COGnitive) lost Cattlepillar after Cloud9 signed him to replace the dropped Arthelon following their loss at the second Summer Open Qualifier. This was the first time C9 has made a roster change since January.
Brain Power already qualified in the first open qualifier alongside Naventic and because of the last minute roster change, ESL extended the roster lock requirement due date.
After their extension, Srey announced he would be joining the team as warrior for the Burbank Regional. This will be the last chance teams have to qualify for the Summer World Championship in Sweden.
After leaving Tempo Storm, Srey has bounced around multiple teams trying to qualify for the Summer Regional. It's likely if Brain Power does well at the NA Regional they could be his new home.
Groups for North American Qualifier have also just been announced. Brain Power will first face Cloud9 when matches begin on Friday.
