We are always sad to see teams leave Heroes of the Storm, but very happy when they return! Team ALTERNATE picks up a new seasoned roster.
Team ALTERNATE has been a party in the Heroes of the Storm scene for a while now. Starting off in November of 2014 with their first team, they have been involved since the beginning. At some point they even had two teams under their banner, when Team Fancy moved to play under the Team ALTERNATE Fancy name in May 2015. But the original Team ALTERNATE soon after disbanded, and Team ALTERNATE Fancy changed contracts so that they now play for Team Spartanien.
Luckily, Team ALTERNATE has not given up on Heroes of the Storm. They are back with a new line-up, one that might be familiar to some of you that are involved in the EU scene. Huron Team, ranked 44 on our GosuGamers Team Rankings, will now be playing for the Team ALTERNATE organization. Huron Team is known to most people for their qualification to the Europe Open #2 Playoffs, where they managed to take a game versus Team Liquid.
This means that the Team ALTERNATE roster will now look as follows:

- Daniel “Shad” González
- Armando “Redx” Collado
- Enrique “AlaStOr” Macias
