compLexity knocked Tempo Storm into the lower bracket; but Tempo Storm fought back for a rematch in the grand finals.
Complexity looked like a brand new team after reshuffling their roster, as they not only beat Tempo Storm, but did it with style in the semi-finals to win the upper bracket and a spot in the grand finals.
After being sent down to the lower bracket, Tempo Storm was nowhere to be found, and according to the tournament rules, they were warned and given ten minutes to arrive. After the first ten minutes passed, they were penalized one game. Tempo Storm finally arrived on the scene and won the first game against COGnitive gaming to effectively tie the series at 1-1 going into Cursed Hollow.

Thanks to some incredible late-game Zeratul jukes from Tempo Storm's Zuna distracted several members of COG, the rest of Tempo Storm took the boss, took the fight, and ended the game, sending Tempo Storm to the grand finals in a rematch against compLexity.
The finals format of a double best of three, with the team from the lower bracket (Tempo Storm) having to win both to win, and the team from the upper bracket (compLexity) spotted a set, quickly became a single best of three, as Tempo Storm made short work of compLexity 2-0 in the first set in dominating fashion. The grand finals came down to one final best of three.
Tempo Storm took map one on Dragon Shire, using effective Sylvannas play to pummel three keeps in succession. On map two, Sky Temple, the contest was never in doubt; Tempo Storm looked superior from beginning to end. After losing to compLexity in the upper bracket finals, and quite frankly, looking bad doing it, this looked like an entirely different team. Then Tempo Storm won six games in a row to become Champions of the final Kings of the Storm.
