The MSI Masters Gaming Arena (MGA) European qualifier for Heroes of the Storm is over. Team Liquid and Virtus.Pro (previously Team ASH) have secured a spot in the MSI MGA Grand Finals at PAX Prime in Seattle, occurring later this year. Virtus.Pro had a close grand finals series against Gamers2, but the dominating Kael'thas and Johanna combo we have seen so much of proved too powerful to stop late in the match. Virtus. Pro wins 3-2.
Team Liquid's wasn't as close, winning against Na'VI 3-1. Again, we saw the Kael'thas and Johanna used to great affect, this time succesfully countering the Illidan centric lineup that Na'Vi has been known to rely on. Once Kael'thas hits level 16, Johanna provides the perfect cover to safely Flamestrike the enemies into oblivion.
