Virtus.Pro acquires Team ASH

"We spent plenty of time to choose from quite a wide pool of candidates. I bet on this team and I think my decision was correct."

Citing the teams stable and significant performances, Virtus.Pro announced today that Team ASH, the #2 ranked EU heroes team (still behind Team Liquid by a hefty point margin) will be competing under the Virtus.Pro flag, starting with their first match tomorrow during Zotac Monthly Final. The Russian team has been enjoying a series of tournament victories, most recently defeating Gamers2 in the MSI Gaming Arena 2015 EU qualifiers.

Former Team ASH Captain, Vsevolod "CEBKAJE" Demianenko had this to say:

We are really glad to join Virtus.pro. We had invitations from several European organizations, but we are now fully satisfied as we have a chance to present our region. We are currently among TOP-4 teams in Europe, and joining VP will help us to conquer new heights and became better together.

Fans of the aggressive team will welcome this news, as the team, now sponsored, will be free to compete in more events, and at a higher level of play now that the stakes have been raised. Congratulations to Team ASH for all the hard work.
