New changes including Diablo's new AoE life steal and Healing ward nerf

Blizzard developer Mathew Cooper discusses the most recent changes to expect come patch day.

Heroes fans have been aching for new a new patch soon, and technically Blizzard is about two weeks behind keeping to their normal schedule. However, long time fans know that "when it's done" is more than just PR phrase, but a sincere reflection of how Blizzard treats its content schedule.

So the Kael'Thas patch seems to have some work left. Fortunately, today Heroes community manager Trikslyr and developer Mathew Cooper got together to release some juicy patch details to satiate us. Some of the changes are things we already expected (Sylvanas buff to Possession and Anub'arak beetle AI and spell fluidity improvements), but other things, well let's just say few saw this coming:

Healing ward nerfed, Lost Vikings "Play Again!" improved while Long Boat Raid was nerfed, Murky win-rate is looking positive; Yep, all normal things I'd expect from the next patch.

Oh? I missed something? Something about Diablo getting access to an Area-of-effect life steal and ETC having access a ghostly Mosh Pit ALA pre-nerf Uther? Sounds fun.
