SK started off with a strong showing taking Game 1 behind an explosive team fight lineup of Lost Vikings, Jaina and Kerrigan. In Game 2 Gamers2 went back to the pre-patch days with a Hammer-Stitches combination, and used Hammer in their other two subsequent victories. Interestingly, SK Gaming went Lost Vikings in all four games today but were unable to push the lanes properly with them in most of the games.

Team Liquid and Fnatic faced-off in the second Semi-Finals of the day. With Team Liquid beating Fnatic 3-0. Liquid showed a strong tactical understanding in the series. In the Lower bracket, it will be SK Gaming versus Fnatic.

Game 2 of Liquid-Fnatic has been the highlight of the tournament. Fnatic ran Lost Vikings on Black Heart Bay, but in the early engagements Liquid were able to focus down the Vikings. At 18 minutes things got exciting. Fnatic took another fight, Lost Vikings was starting to look unstoppable and Liquid was having damage problems against Rhegar. With Kerrigan and Lost Vikings still alive, Fnatic pushed the core, leaving only Muradin to defend. Muradin finally killed them both with Liquid's core left at 7%. Understanding the dire situation, as each Liquid hero re-spawned they went directly for Fnatic's core. One-by-one the Liquid hero died but not before just barely destroying Fnatic's core with one last hero standing.
