36 nations have battled it out, divided in 6 groups. We now have the 12 ones which have managed to reach the playoffs, added to the 4 invited nations,
Poland, 
Canada, 
Mexico and 
Germany. While some teams like
Peru, losing to the USA and Chile its first 2 matchs, managed to get qualified, some others like 
France, 
Czech Republic and 
Bulgaria did not.On its side,
