OGN Rookie Tournament

Continuing with the tournament coverage over in Korea, here is the group drawings for the OGN Rookie Tournament. Along with the drawings there are a few results available as well. This tournament is a money tournament, as well as pride.

Sixteen players will play in a single elimination type tournament. All the games are best of three, which will make for some nice series. There are four groups of four, which makes a total of 16 players, obviously.

All the games should start promptly at 19:00 KOR time. The map sets for all games will be as follows in this exact order. Peaks of Baekdu, New Cultivation Period, 815 III. The players will not be only playing for some pride, but also some nice clean cut cash, Korean style.

1st Place 2,500,000 KRW~2,600 USD 2nd Place 1,000,000 KRW~1,040 USD 3rd Place 800,000 KRW~830 USD 4th Place 500,000 KRW~520 USD 5th to 8th Place 400,000 KRW each~416 USD 9th to 16th Place 200,000 KRW each~208 USD

The first two matches have been played already. So, half of Group A and half of Group C has been played.
