The hints have started dropping. Are we getting the Un’Goro announcement in a few hours?
The Hearthstone world is expecting to get a reveal of “Lost Secrets of Un’Goro”, the first 2017 expansion for Blizzard’s popular card game. And as far as Blizzard is concerned—both in terms of letters by community managers sent to Hearthstone publications and tweets by game director Ben Brode—that might happen tonight as an announcement by the company is about to drop.
The possible expansion theme was actually leaked early in February when the portfolio of Lani Minella, a voice actress who has worked on Blizzard projects before, revealed that “Lost Secrets of Un’Goro” is the next Hearthstone project in Blizzard’s pipeline and that she will be providing voiceovers for exotic creatures such as hydras and pteradactyls.

Naturally, Hearthstone’s developers remained all but silent for the entire month of February, but that’s all about to end tonight. Although the company never explicitly confirmed that their Monday announcement is going to be about the new expansion, Minella’s leak paired with Un’Goro-related tweets by Ben Brode all point in that direction.
There’s no time given on what said announcement will drop, so Hearthstone fans just ought to be vigilant the whole day.
