BBgungun completes the line-up for Blizzcon
The American surprised everybody by beating the big names in the Last Call Invitational to end the qualifier campaign for Worlds. BBgungun took down SilentStorm 4-2 in the finals after taking down Nobord in the semis and Nostam in the quarter finals to punch his ticket to Blizzcon.
Lifecoach wins Kinguin for Charity 2016 in a G2 mirrored finals
Lifecoach played and defeated fellow G2 team-mate ThijsNL in the closing match of KFC 2016, the invitational tournament which raised over $5,000 for charity this weekend. Besides the all-G2 final, the third samurai Rdu also performed admirably, losing to ThijsNL in the semi finals, completing a perfect run for the team, where its players only lost to each other.
Celestial Invitational 2016 will feature a $60,000 prize pool and one hell of a format
12 players will compete over three months in the first - and possibly last - long-running league of this year. The organizers are also putting in a lot of format twists and Celestial Invitational will run on Bo17 match-ups, playing both Standard to Wild depending on the week.
