Druid looked like one of the biggest winners of TGT. Marcin “Gnimsh” Filipowicz comes to show that sounds about right.
A long time player and caster, Gnimsh has been on the Hearthstone scene since its inception. Known for playing aggressive decks, the Pole comes into the new expansion rocking what seems like a very solid Druid deck.
The list is focused around buffing its minions and thus has a rather unique playstyle compared to traditional fast druids, ramps or tokens. [card]Mark of the Wild[/card] is not only an efficient way to grow early-game minions like [card]Darnassus Aspirant[/card] and [card]Druid of the Saber[/card] but also triggers the effects of legendary twins [card]Fjola Lightbane[/card] and [card]Eydis Darkbane[/card].
The middle part of the curve is more or less standard, featuring good old staples like [card]Piloted Shredder[/card] and [card]Azure Drake[/card]. What’s interesting to see is the absence of [card]Druid of the Claw[/card] and the inclusion of [card]Savage Combatant[/card]. As in every good fast Druid deck, double [card]Force of Nature[/card] wraps up the curve.
