This 1/8 minion will keep your hero alive as long as he is in the thick of things.
Stats like 1/8 aren't really common in Hearthstone, especially on 4-drops which are generally mid-range minions fit for combat, but they seem appropriate on a minion like [card]Tournament Medic[/card]. The low attack/high health of this card means it won't trade favorably against almost anything but will stay alive for at least several turns to get its effect rolling.
Said effect restores 2 health on the hero on Inspire. The card will likely be considered for slower, control-y decks which can protect it with spells or taunts and ensure multiple triggers of the effect, staying alive for longer. With a lot of good 4-drops already in the game and with the game-turning power of [card]Antique Healbot[/card], however, it's difficult to argue for [card]Tournament Medic[/card]'s case.
