Ready your line-ups, hearty brawlers. Unlike last week, this time around you will have to show proficiency in more than one class to succeed in the Tavern Brawl Open.
One class style was something which fit very nicely in the banana brawl challenge as deckbuilding would take a lot of time, but the Webspinner challenge is different. Since decks are randomized and created automatically, we see no reason why we can’t take a page off of the regular tournaments and play this week’s Tavern Brawl Open in a revised Conquest style.
Each player will pick two classes for the Bo3 series, with the picking order going like this:
- The player on the left of the match page picks 1 class
- The player on the right of the match page picks 2 classes
- The player on the left of the match page picks 1 class
Winning class is locked, while the loser can select either one of his remaining classes. It’s Conquest, but in smaller doses, a casual iteration for a laid back experience!

NA Cup #2: Fri, July 3rd, 19:00 EST
EU Cup #1: Sat, July 4th, 15:00 CEST
EU Cup #2: Sun, July 5th, 15:00 CEST
Check-in for all cups starts one hour before the tournament begins and is mandatory. Format is Bo3 single elimination all the way through.
