Blizzard card game will soon be on all popular mobile devices, a Battle.net blog post says. The dev team is looking to release the game on Andoid tablets first and then move on to mobile phone devices.
Hearthstone's mobile reach has been blooming since the game was released on Apple's iTunes in April this year. One day later, the game became the most downloaded iPad app in 16 regions, including the United States, further adding to Hearthstone's already booming popularity.
According to a Battle.net blog post, the development team is looking forward to make their game even more available, shooting for a mobile phone release early 2015.
The blog post also features an infograph with Hearthstone's numbers. Apart from the already known fact of having more than 20 million players worldwide, the graphs shows more than 3 million 12-win arenas, and 2 billion hours played, the latter equivalent to 237,350 years of playtime.
