GosuGamers.net is in need of reinforcements. While we are still standing strong and proud, certain teams are calling for back up. At the moment the Moderation and the Event teams are in need of fresh meat... err... recruits.
The templars of GG.net are turning to the hordes of loyal followers out there and seek assistance. We are in need of a few more devoted zealots to fight back-to-back with us in the Event Team and the Moderation Team. Only the best and strongest are allowed to go trough the inition rites and become true zealots of GosuGamers, and to avoid any unnecessary blood being spilled due to "accidents" during the rites, we have set up some demands that you need to all pass before even being tried for zealot!
The Moderation Team is mainly seeking zealots for purging the comment section of the GosuBet and cleaning out the WarCraft forums. But will to aid in the battle for the StarCraft forums is also met with appreciation. We demand the following from you:
A calm nature, not easily provoked and able to stay out of heated flame wars even when the subject is dear to the moderator.
Activity on the site of about one hour per day (minimum, more is always welcome) during normal circumstances.
A clean record. No member with warnings will be accepted.
A decent good knowledge of the English language (you must able to write proper posts in English, and also understand other's).
The Event Team wants recruits to organise resistance (code word: "Events") in the StarCraft and WarCraft III sections. Their demands are as follows:
Possibility to be online several hours at weekends to host tournaments, or possibility to be online a few hours on certain days to host showmatches.
Good knowledge of the English language. Must be able to communicate with players.
It is a plus if the recruit has an understanding of other languages than English, but it is no requirement.
Possibility to sit up some late nights if events take long time.
A calm temper, so the recruit can more easily deal with conflicts.
While you sometimes have to endure hardships and serious injuries when battling for our just cause, fighting alongside us is usually an overall pleasureable experience. You are able to feel that you contribute something to the community, and will also be recognised for this. Stand proud, zealot!
