The StarCraft EuroCup hosted by ClanBase has had a change of heart about their public tournaments. They are still happening, but the signup will be at ClanBase itself rather than WGTour.
This league will have 32 invited players. 30 of these will be invited players, the 2 others will be the winners of the two public tournaments held on Saturday and Sunday. That is Saturday 15th April, and on Sunday April 16th. It will start at 17:00 CET. Both tournament will be 128 players in best of 3 single elimination with a best of 5 final. The channels will still remain the same. They will be op EuroCup-1, op EuroCup-2 etc on the Europe server.
As a reminder of the prizes they are $600 for 1st place. The runnerup gets $300 and the 3rd place finisher takes home $100. In total a nice prizepool of $1000. The maps for this event have also been released.

Remember that even if you have signed up at WGTour, you need to sign up at ClanBase anyways. To speculate a bit about the invited gamers, there were some interesting new signups at the ClanBase site, including

Again, even if you registered at WGTour, you have to re-register. You also have to register a general account at ClanBase first, then register for the tournament.
